The EU gave Poland two months to implement a new law: It gives the banks opportunity to take over all savings.
Is the EU seeking to take over the Poles’ savings? Everything seems to point that way.
The European Union is preparing a new project strengthening the banks – they will be allowed in the majesty of the new law to take possession of Poles money. ( ? !!!)
The European Commission gave Poland and ten other countries two months to implement the directives, which will allow the banks to go unpunished when taking over peoples money, in a situation when under threat of bankruptcy. Just like two years ago in Cyprus. And if one does not adjust to this law, the EU threatens with penalties!
Something isn’t right here….!
How will the whole procedure look like?
If the bank is on the brink of bankruptcy, as it was in Cyprus, firstly the bank will reach for the money of creditors and shareholders. If this kind of ‘rescue’ is not sufficient, then the banks will be able to “help themselves out” to their clients money held in the form of deposits. This will apply to people who have deposited in the bank more then 100 thousands Euro (equivalent to approx. 400 thousands Polish złoty).
How can anyone still trust the banks?!
