AUSTRALIA became a COMMONWEALTH on 1st January, 1901, extinguishing the MONARCHY as having sovereignty – which was transferred to the PEOPLE.

WHO OWNS THE LAND?
“When you own land, you own everything above it to an indefinite height and everything below it to an indefinite depth”, a Legal Maxim.
If YOU own your land, then only YOU can CONSENT as to who comes onto your land and to whom you will issue a LICENCE TO MINE your land. This is how it is in a DEMOCRACY.
However, under a MONARCHY, the CROWN owns ALL the land and the CROWN decides who can enter any of that land and to whom it will issue a MINING LICENCE. (Re: the Eureka Stockade Rebellion of 1854).
AUSTRALIA USED TO BE A MONARCHY UNTIL 1st JANUARY 1901 – WHEN THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA
WAS PROCLAIMED.
On that day, AUSTRALIA was formally declared to be an INDEPENDENT and SELF-GOVERNING NATION, ie: a DEMOCRACY…..with “government of the people, by the people and for the people”.
The PEOPLE took on full SOVEREIGNTY over themselves, their lands and their resources.
However, the DECEPTION of Australia being a “CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCHY” still persists today and opportunistic PLUNDERERS continue to exploit the IGNORANCE of an UNINFORMED POPULATION.
