Stop Trying to Shake Down Poland and Get Paid Twice! Germany Already Restituted the Mammoth Jewish Heirless Property Decades Ago

The author is an anti-Nazi German, and this small book, written in 1954, is valuable because it was written soon after the Luxembourg Agreement was signed in 1952. Therefore, it is relatively free of later accretions.

It would be a mistake to think of the Luxembourg Agreement as only applicable to the State of Israel, as it specifically included monies intended for the relief and rehabilitation of Jewish victims outside of Israel. (p. 20, 56). Furthermore, the negotiations that led up to the Luxembourg Agreement included the overarching presence of The Conference of Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, which consisted of leading Jewish organizations from the USA, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Germany, France, etc. (p. 36).

MAMMOTH JEWISH HEIRLESS PROPERTY–DEALT WITH BY GERMANY

Chancellor Konrad Adenauer, introducing the Luxembourg Agreement and speaking before the Bundestag on September 27, 1951, declared, “Unspeakable crimes were perpetrated in the name of the German people which impose upon them the obligation to make moral and material amends, both as regards the individual damage the Jews have suffered and as regards Jewish property for which there are no longer individual claimants.” (p. 14, pp. 59-60, emphasis added). The “there are no longer individual claimants” allusion to Jewish heirless property and Jewish communal property could not possibly be clearer. In other words, the Luxembourg Agreement unambiguously recognizes and compensates group Jewish losses no less than it does “individual damage” (individual Jewish losses).

Author Grossman reproduces the text of the Luxembourg Agreement itself. I quote from the part that deals with heirless property. The Protocol No. 2 of the Agreement states, “WHEREAS The National Socialist regime of terror confiscated vast amounts of property and other assets from Jews in Germany and in territories formerly under German rule…AND WHEREAS Considerable values, such as those spoliated in the occupied territories, cannot be returned, and that indemnification for many economic losses which have been suffered cannot be made because, as a result of the policy of extermination pursued by National-Socialism, claimants are no longer in existence.” (p. 55. Emphasis added).

Let us analyze this.

The “and in territories formerly under German rule” means that the provisions of the Luxembourg Agreement are applicable not only to German territory, but also to all the territories (including Poland) that were under Nazi German rule.

The “spoliated in the occupied territories, cannot be returned” provision recognizes the fact that the German-confiscated properties of the German-murdered Jews now belong to other peoples, and so cannot possibly be returned to any Jews. It is therefore recognized that Germany, through the Luxembourg Agreement, assumes its full responsibility for compensating the Jews for all these post-Jewish properties. It also means that Jews have no legitimate claims, against any German-occupied nation, for heirless and communal properties, if for no other reason that Germany already paid for them!

MAMMOTH JEWISH HEIRLESS PROPERTY–ALL BECAUSE OF GERMANY. IF ANYONE PAYS, GERMANY MUST PAY. AND SHE DID

Let us focus on “indemnification for many economic losses which have been suffered cannot be made because, as a result of the policy of extermination pursued by National-Socialism, claimants are no longer in existence“. The “claimants are no longer in existence” necessarily includes dead heirs.  By conducting genocide on the Jews, the Germans are the ones that murdered both the Jewish owners AND their heirs. Consequently, the mammoth heirless properties are heirless only because of unilateral German acts, and for no other reason. Taking this further, and realizing the fact that there are no valid Jewish tribal rights, we conclude that the Germans are the ones that caused the communal and heirless Jewish properties to become irretrievably lost to the Jews as a whole. These properties have instead been legitimately inherited by the local peoples (including the Poles) in accordance with the local property-succession laws.  Therefore, Germany, through the Luxembourg agreement, assumes full financial responsibility to the Jews for these collective Jewish losses. Poland and other German-conquered and German-occupied nations, on which the Holocaust was enacted by the Germans, most certainly do not.

SO POLAND IS NOW SOME KIND OF “BENEFICIARY” OF THE GERMAN-MADE HOLOCAUST. HUH?

All property of the German-murdered Jews automatically became the property of the Third Reich, and Germany never had any intention of giving this property to the Poles. It was only the unexpected circumstance of German defeat that forced Germany to relinquish this property and for the Poles to inherit it.

The modern Orwellian construct of Poland a “beneficiary of the Holocaust” is egregious. We will not stand for it! Poland is no more a “beneficiary of the Holocaust” than ANYONE that legally acquires the property of a murder victim is thereby a beneficiary of the murder. But what if it were true? Even so, the Jews lose. It was Germany that precipitated the war and the genocide that eventually forced Poland to become a “beneficiary” of mass Jewish deaths. And, through the Luxembourg Agreement, Germany has already paid the Jews for the Poles’ imagined “beneficiary” status. So Jews, go away!

CONCLUSION ON THE MAMMOTH JEWISH HEIRLESS PROPERTY: JEWS TRY TO GET PAID A SECOND TIME

Heirless property normally escheats to the state, and the alleged extraordinary nature of the Holocaust does not change this fact. Even so, the fact that Germany has admitted fault for the existence of the Jewish heirless property, and has paid Jewish organizations indemnification for it, clearly satisfies any imagined “tribal rights” that Jews may feel towards these heirless properties. So even the attempts today by the Holocaust Industry, to make Poland pay for the post-Jewish heirless property, is clearly a fraudulent attempt by the Jews to be paid A SECOND TIME for these properties!

HOLOCAUST SURVIVORS IN THE STATE OF ISRAEL

This book tabulates the origins of 506,301 claimed Holocaust-surviving Jews (p. 58) that came to Israel through the end of 1950. Of these 506,301, 135,688 are Polish Jews. Of the latter, 15,928 arrived in 1939-1945, 17,129 arrived between the start of 1946 and May 15, 1948, and the remaining 102,631 arrived in the State of Israel between May 16, 1948 and the end of 1950.
