Jedwabne Provocation: Expanding Holocaust Guilt Beyond Germans
In this webinar, Jan Peczkis examines the works of Jewish and non-Jewish authors on Jedwabne and how the over-attention to Jedwabne is part of the agenda to shift the blame for the Holocaust from the Germans onto the Poles.
He points that Jedwabne is part of a decades-long pattern of Jewish attacks on Poland and explains how to better deal with this issue. We also see how Jan T. Gross, in his book Neighbors, conveniently omitted Jewish sources that pointed to German guilt. We also learn how the distorted report of the 2000-2002 Commission on Jedwabne was touted by the media as evidence of Polish guilt.
Jan further explains why the argument against a forensic dig at Jedwabne is completely bogus. There are multiple cases of compelling evidence showing that the Germans conducted the Jedwabne massacre, and Jan presents this evidence to us.
He also describes how the postwar Communist trials, which were used to blame Poles for Jedwabne, were completely unreliable. And lastly, Jan describes the censorship actions taken by Jews to suppress any challenges to the standard narrative that Poles are guilty of Jedwabne.

HKW, Poland and Germany are both European countries with resources, including rivers, lakes, and internal seas. These have been used more than 2000 years for trade, migrations, and warfare. The jews were among those who interacted with all the inhabitants. From what I know of history, they had particular skill in finance, linguistics, and certain trades, like banking. The most recent Holocaust targeted jews in WWII. Apparently Hitler resented their ability for trade and wanted to exterminate them. Everyone was afraid of Hitler, in the end. The jews have profited from shifting blame to anyone or state which may have assisted in Hitler’s efforts in any way.
